What lights your spark? Where does this precious energy come from, and how do you keep this flame alive? These sessions are intended to help guide you back to yourself when you’re feeling stuck, to collaborate on reigniting your creative spark, and to help you nurture your inner fire.

I have struggled many times in both my art practice and in life to hold onto what feels bright and meaningful to me. In those dark nights of the soul, I’ve had to rediscover, over and over again, where the light shines, and how to map it out so that I can find my way back more easily when feeling lost. Well-practiced in the art of reconnecting with oneself, I’ve found that one of my gifts involves offering this guidance to others.

In this space you are not a problem to be solved, but rather a garden to be tended to. We’ll discuss how to weed, water, and sew the seeds of intention to create the growth you want to see. You can also think of this as connecting the dots to your own constellations. I am curious about who you are and where you’re coming from, and where the light shines for you.

My approach is personal, inquisitive, optimistic, and somatic. I believe in grounding oneself in the mind-body connection in order to get the most out of a creative practice. Together we will work on clarity, intention, reflection, and direction.
